As members of the royal family the Queen, Prince of Wales, William and Harry have busy schedules of official engagements and charity commitments.
But what about the rest of the family? What do the Queen’s more distant relatives do all day?
Well, they go out to work just like the rest of us – and it turns out some of them have very interesting jobs.
Some of their chosen career paths aren’t exactly exciting, but you might be pleasantly surprised by some of the others.
Lady Rose Gilman – Art assistant
Rose is the daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, who is the Queen’s cousin.
When she was born she was 12th in line to the throne, but she’s since been bumped down thanks to more senior royal babies.

Lady Amelia Windsor – Model
The very glamorous and cool Amelia is Prince William and Harry’s second cousin, and the Queen’s first cousin, twice removed.
She’s fast becoming a big name in the modelling world after appearing on the front cover of Tatler magazine.
The story described Amelia, who is also known as Mel, as the “most beautiful royal”.
She now works with Storm Models, the agency which discovered Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne.

After graduating from university he worked as a corporate hospitality manager at Jaguar.
He went on to work for the Royal Bank of Scotland but he now runs his own sports management company.
Earl of Snow don – Furniture maker
David Armstrong-Jones is the son of the late Princess Margaret, which makes him the Queen’s nephew.
He is a furniture maker and works at the famous Christie’s auction house in London.
Lord Frederick – Financial analyst
Also, known as Freddie Windsor, he’s the Queen’s first cousin once removed.
He is married actress Sophie Winkleman, who plays Big Suze in the hit comedy TV show Peep Show.
